    It’s B all the other ones don’t make sense.
It’s obviously not the main idea
The word “and” can’t be a rhythm
It provides a purpose is too little. You would have to say what the purpose actually is. The only one left after is B.

    It's going to be B. Why? Say the poem. Say it like you are performing it. When you say the word "and" It adds emphasis. Hence, creating a stronger rhythm. The word and does NOT give important details. Nor provides a purpose, or establishes the main idea. In conclusion, it's going to be B
