A submarine begins at -125 feet below sea
level. If the submarine travels at 20 feet per
minute, how many minutes will it take the
submarine to rise to the surface and then
descend to -104 feet.

Depends on whether it is traveling vertically or not. If so, then
since distance = speed * time,
125/20 to get up, and 104/20 to go back down
