Predict whether copper (ii) titrate (CuC2H2O6), Ksp =4.00x10^4, will precipitate if 10.0g of Cu(NO3)2 is added to 0.500L of 0.550M sodium tartate (NaC2H2O6)

Surely you don't mean Ksp = 4.00E4. Did you mean 4.00E-4? Also copper tartrate (titrate) is CuC4H4O6 and sodium tartrate is Na2C4H4O6.
You want to compare Qsp with Ksp.
mols Cu(NO3)2 = mols Cu^2+ = 10.0/molar mass Cu(NO3)2 = ? and (Cu^2+) = ?/0.5 = M
M Na2C2H4O6 = 0.55 M
Qsp = (Cu^2+)[C4H4O6]^2- = Substitute numbers from above and solve.
Then if Qsp is a larger number than Ksp there will be a ppt. If smaller there will be no ppt. Post your work if you get stuck.
