Mrs.Molina is ordering pizza for her daughter’s bday party. If she orders 24 slices, and there are 14 people attending. Help Mrs. Molina simplify 24/14 to see how many slices each person gets.

find the greatest common factor in this case 2
so divide both the numerator and denominator by 2
you get
12/7
