use the quotient rule.
h' = (f'g-fg')/g^2
= (5(3x-5)-(5x-1)*3)/(3x-5)^2
= -22/(3x-5)^2
h' = (f'g-fg')/g^2
= (5(3x-5)-(5x-1)*3)/(3x-5)^2
= -22/(3x-5)^2
