For #19- Include these points: federalists wanted/liked a strong central government because it would put the U.S economy back on track. 2. Federalsits thought bill of rights would limit or weaken some of the governments power. 3. Anti-federalists wanted their rights protected by a written document. (Add some sentences to get up your wordcount but this is pretty much it)
