Answers
you need to learn to type fractions.
11:00 pm to 8:45 am = 9 3/4 hours
so the rate of drop is
(13/16 in)/(9 3/4 hr) = 13/16 * 4/39 = 1/12 in/hr
11:00 pm to 8:45 am = 9 3/4 hours
so the rate of drop is
(13/16 in)/(9 3/4 hr) = 13/16 * 4/39 = 1/12 in/hr
