Given that ray BD bisects angle ABC, and that angle ABD is 4x-10, and segment CBD is 2x + 4, find the measures of angles ABC, ABD, and DBC.

There is no way you can relate x to both an angle and a segment.
But, since BD bisects ABC, you have
4x-10 = 2x+4
So find x, then the angles
