I assume you mean 3/8 of a 6-ft chain, or 3/8 * 72 = 27 inches.
so, what do you think?

I believe it’s
b) 9
since 6 ft is 72 inches and 3/8 of 72 is 27 we divide 27 by 3 to get how many necklaces so its 9
6x12=72
3/8 x72=27
27 / 3= 9
