Is there a comma needed in the sentence: "I have a completed a certificate from a major cooking school which I believe has prepared me well for this position" ?

No comma is needed, but there should be a period at the end.

Also, there's an extra "a" in there. Be sure to read the sentence aloud if it's not obvious at first.
