Find correct to 1 decimal place, the acute angle between the lines 2x + y = 4 and -3x + y + 7 =0

the two lines have slopes -1/2 and 3
so the angle between them is
arctan(3) - arctan(-1/2) = 98.13°
But that is obtuse, so what is the angle you want?
