3x+6 = 3(x+2)
so that gives you a compression by a factor of 1/3 and a shift 2 to the left
4log(3x+6) ... stretch vertically by a factor of 4
-4log(3x+6) ... reflect over the x-axis
-4log(3x+6)+3 ... shift up 3
