If the final value per kg is x, then you need
2*1160 + 3*1460 + 5*1540 = (2+3+5)x
If this is not clear, then read up on weighted averages

1160(2x) + 1460(3x) + 1540(5x) = price(10x)
divide each term by x and evaluate
2320+4380+7700 = 10(price)
price = ...... /10 = ....
