Would I capitalize the name of this food item? I've seen people use both lowercase and capitalization.

This *Chicken Croissant Casserole* was so good!

If that’s how the dish is named in a cookbook or on a menu, yes, capital letters are correct. If it’s a generic name, then no capital letters are needed.
