Recombinant DNA involves making a strand of DNA from FRAGMENTS. So, essentially your are changing the DNA. You can take it from here.

yes but i accidently typed changing the DNA where it says changing the rna

Then we are where we were before: none of the answer choices are correct. You can produce recombinant DNA, lacking the intron region of DNA from RNA. This will give you what is known as cDNA, which is technically not considered recombinant DNA. However, changing RNA is still wrong in my opinion, but the other answer choices are totally, 100% wrong.
