Find a constant A so that the roots of y=f(Ax) are {0,±10}.

there must be more to this than you are saying.
let A=1
f(Ax) = (Ax)(Ax-10)(Ax+10) = x(x-10)(x+10) = x^3-100x

so what makes finding A any work at all?
