What is the gravitational potential energy of a 55.0 kg object when it sits on the Earth’s surface?

*I'm kinda confused on how to answer this question, any help would be appreciated!!*

generally, objects on the surface are considered to be at height zero, so PE=0
But if you consider height relative to some other location, then there will be some PE. PE = mgh for whatever h you define.
