A body of density 4g/cm³ appears to have a mass of 27g in a liquid of den 1.2gcm³ . What is the Vol of the liquid??

I assume you want the volume of the body.
apparent mass= real mass- mass of liquid displaced= densitymass*volumemass -1.2*volumemass
so solve for volume mass, looks like 27g/(4-1.2)
