1. I assume when you say "travels at 5 Hz you mean the frequency is 6 Hz.
v= freq x wavelength. Substitute and solve for v.

2. Frequency is the number of wavelengths that pass a point in 1 sec. So you have 100 passing in 5 seconds. How many will pass in 1 sec?
