If the reaction is
H2 + Cl2 ==> 2HCl, then
1 mol Cl2 gives 2 mols HCl; therefore, 3 mols Cl2 will give 6 mols HCl.
6 mols HCl will have a mass of 6*36.5 = 219 grams = theoretical yield = TY
Actual yield = AY = 200 g.
% yield = (AY/TY)*100 = ?
