3/5 + blank = 1 1/2

trying to figure out the blank

3/5 + blank = 1 1/2
3/5 + blank = 3/2
3/5 - 3.5 + blank = 3/2 - 3/5 , whatever I do to one side, I must do to the other
0 + blank = 15/10 - 6/10 , I assume you know how to add or subtract fractions
blank = 9/10

Now do your other post in the same way

3/5 + x = 1 1/2
3/5+x = 3/2
X = 3/2-3/5 = 15/10-6/10 = 9/10.
