If the height of the tower is h, and the plane is x m above the top of the tower,
x/1050 = tan36°
(h+x)/1050 = tan41°
Now you have h and x, and the distance in question is
d^2 = 1050^2 + (x+h)^2
x/1050 = tan36°
(h+x)/1050 = tan41°
Now you have h and x, and the distance in question is
d^2 = 1050^2 + (x+h)^2
