What did you decide?

One of the problems I see among all the questions that students post here is not a problem caused by students. The test writers seem to write a lot of these "not" or "except" questions. I have always thought that's a poor way to write questions — it seems they want to trick students into getting the wrong answer.

So … I was hoping you could get the answer by emphasizing the word "except."
