write down the minimum uncertainty with which the volume of the cylinder can be determined (1.79*10^-2)
it says to compare these values and discuss briefly. I figured out how to find them but I'm not certain what they mean.

    the actual uncertainity is greater than the minimum uncertainty.    This does not surprise me, in actual practice on measurements, it is seldom we can get down to the minimum, we always miss that mark.
