a. Find the center of the circle.
b. Find the radius. If your answer is not an integer, express it in radical form.
c. Write an equation for the circle

Can someone please help me by answering this, or explaining it to me?

I found the radius by subtracting the x-values of the center and one of the endpoints
So (-3,2) is the center and (4,6) is an endpoint so 4- -3= 7
