The sum of any two sides MUST be greater than the third side, or else no triangle is possible
let's test it:
4 m, 5.1 m, 12.5 m
Is 12.5 + 5.1 > 4 ? YES
is 12.5 + 4 > 5.1 ? YES
is 4 + 5.1 > 12.5 ? ......
So what do you think?
let's test it:
4 m, 5.1 m, 12.5 m
Is 12.5 + 5.1 > 4 ? YES
is 12.5 + 4 > 5.1 ? YES
is 4 + 5.1 > 12.5 ? ......
So what do you think?

4 + 5.1= 9.1 making 4 + 5.1 > 12.5 incorrect thus no triangle is possible!

the way you know is the answers for 15 is B this information could result in many different triangles. if B doesn't say that on 15 then they probably changed the answers.
