where initial PE=mgh=mass*9.8*10
final KE = rolling KE + translational KE
= 1/2(I)w^2 + 1/2 m v^2= 1/2 (Mr^2)(v^2/r) + 1/2 M v^2
put all in this equation

and solve for veloicy v.
