so if v = <x,y> then
<-40/√2,-40/√2> + <x,y> = <20,0>
so if v = <x,y> then
<-40/√2,-40/√2> + <x,y> = <20,0>

R = 40[225o] + B = 20
40*cos225+(40*sin225)i + B = 20
-28.3 - 28.3i + B = 20
B = 48.3 + 28.3i.
40*cos225+(40*sin225)i + B = 20
-28.3 - 28.3i + B = 20
B = 48.3 + 28.3i.
