Stadium Capacity - 42,500
General Admission Seating - 31,750
Reserved Seating - 10,475

You could have 42,500. In the stands, you have 31,750+10,475 spectators.
so players, radio, newspaper,stadium workers would be=41,500 - spectators in stands.
