I assume you mean arrange each polynomial in descending order of powers. Surely you can order a set of integers. For example,
#2) p^2 - 3p^3 + 9 - 2p^4 + 6p = -2p^4 - 3p^3 + p^2 + 6p + 9
do the others in like wise.
