Scientists randomly caught 30 monkeys in a rain forest. They put a tag on each monkey and then released it. 2 weeks later, they captured 20 monkeys in the same location and found that 4 had tags. Assuming the population of monkeys doesn't change, about how many monkeys are in the rain forest?
