Why should a person create a budget?
A to exercise one’s rights as a responsible consumer
B to better understand where one’s money comes from and where it goes
C to develop and sustain a decent level of credit
D to limit or reduce one’s level of disposable income
May I get some help? I'm stuck between D and B

I'd say it's D, budgets limit how much you spend. They don't show you where your money goes or where it comes from.
