Subtract.
just keep subtracting 2/3 out of 8 1/6 until you cant anymore.
The number of times you subtract is the number of ribbons you can make.

That's what I thought , but i also thought maybe I should divide 81/6 by 2/3

8 1/6 = 49/6
49/6/(2/3) = 49/6 * 3/2 = 12 1/4 or 12 Bows.
