Well, if you were to work it it it would be A(3).
You usually do not combine the terms as in letter C(9^90).
I would go with letter A.😀

umm...how do you get that answer as three though? mabye i can use that same method in the future

You keep the base and add the exponents.

base is 3 and exponents add to 1 so 3^1= 3

9^-90 would be (3*3)^(10 * -9)
Better review the properties of exponents some more.
