(3-2√2)/(√2-1)
= (3-2√2)/(√2-1) * (√2+1)/(√2+1)
= (3-2√2)(1+√2) / (2-1)
= 3+3√2-2√2-2√2√2
= 3 +√2 - 4
= √2 - 1
