Dakota bought new drinking glasses for her kitchen. There are 3 sizes of glasses -4 inches tall, 6 inches tall, and 8 inches tall. Each glass is designed to stack with others of the same height as shown. For all 3 sizes, 2 inches of glass remain above the glass it is stacked in.

Question 1: 1 glass stack heights: a: 4 inches, 6 inches, 8 inches. b: 5 inches, 7 inches, 9 inches. c: 6 inches, 8 inches, 10 inches.

well, for each size, the stack is that size plus 2" for each additional glass after the first. So, for n glasses of height h, that would be
h+2(n-1)
