Hello! I am writing a compare and contrast essay! I have the body and conclusion of the essay written, but can't come up with a hook! Can someone help me come up with some ideas? My essay is comparing and contrasting rabbits and cats. (Weird thing, I know, but they are actually really similar in a lot of ways, and very different in others.)
Thank you!

If you are including more comparison than contrast, then, maybe something like this will work:
Believe it or not, rabbits and cats have more things in common than we might expect.

I was thinking, would it work if I used the Latin names for them, to mix things up? Like, "Felis Catus and Oryctolagus Cuniculus, or cats and rabbits..."
Would that be weird? Do you think you would be interested in a paper that started like that?

Not for the hook!
I'd include those words later in the paper, but not in the hook!!
