Question

Fog
BY CARL SANDBURG
The fog comes
on little cat feet.

It sits looking
over harbor and city
on silent haunches
and then moves on.

I wanted to know if anyone can find any figurative language in this poem I can't really find anything. Thank you as always for your help!
