what implications foes the proposed economic stimulas package have on people of this country.

The real problem is no one has an exact answer what the problem is, and how to then fix it. So what the government is doing is a patchwork of things, trying to get banks to make needed loans, trying to get folks to spend money, and trying to build so much neglected infrastrure (bridges, roads, etc). So nobody is really happy with the package. How it will work, we will see.

The second question, no one know either. Different folks are making differing predictions. All are soothsayers, but really, it is to complicated to really know.
