nope i got it
i got you number 1 was solved by our buddy tempest so we will move on to 2
2. 486/ 135 = 3.6
15 x 3 = 45 + the .6 = about 40 percent of 15 = 3+3 / i think you can figure out what 3 + 3 is / 6 +45 = 51 explain in your own words
3. option 2
because its only a dollar and 50 cents / 1.5 dollars/ more than option 1 / candy bars tend to cost 99 cents each so option 2 is a good deal :D /
4. top number = 54.25 use own words 16 x 3 = 48 +6 = 54 + .25 = 54.25
5. they are trying to confuse you with this one just say this 40 percent - 5 percent = 35 percent
35 percent of 65 is 22.75.
good luck guys! :D

If 5% of 6th graders own birds and 30 sixth graders own birds, you can find the total number of sixth graders surveyed by dividing the number of bird-owning sixth graders by the percentage of bird-owning sixth graders.
30 bird-owning sixth graders / 0.05 (5%) = 600 sixth graders were surveyed.
30 bird-owning sixth graders / 0.05 (5%) = 600 sixth graders were surveyed.
