4y = -3x-24 is the answer from oobleck. Standard form is
Ax + By = C or
3x + 4y = -24
Ax + By = C or
3x + 4y = -24

so, you really sure your textbook didn't explain how to rearrange terms? DrBob222 didn't do much explaining, so if you got it from his two lines, I'm sure your could have gotten it from your book...
