I got 60 is the increase and 30 is the decrease.

You can see that your answers do not agree with R_Scott's. Too bad you didn't see fit to show your work ...

That is, 1.20m = 96
m = 80
So, males increased by 16

<u>female members decreases by 30% to 84</u>
That is 0.70f = 84
f = 120
So, females decreased by 36

The net change was thus +16-36 = -20
