If m L1 = 43 what is m L4?

L is an angle sign btw

It's clear that you need help.

okay, you have two angles, ∡3 and ∡4
And you say that m∡3 = 43°

How do you expect us to know anything about ∡4, when you have not even described the figure or the relationships between the two angles? And what about angles 1 and 2?

I expect that ∡3 and ∡4 are either vertical angles (so they are equal), or supplementary (so thay add to 180°), or something else, such as consecutive angles between two parallel lines, or ...

Whatever the case, you clearly need to
(a) study the section in your text, where they surely have explained how to solve you problem
