    -10x+y=4
So, solve each table entry for y:
when x = -2, you have
-10(-2) + y = 4
20+y = 4
y = -16
X: -2 -1 0 1 2
Y: -16 _ _ _ _
and so on
You can solve for each step, but notice that
y = 10x+4
so, every time x increases by 1, y increases by 10

Note that when x changes by 1, y changes by -5. So the rule looks like
y = -5x
But, -5(-2) = 10, and y=9, so
y = -5x-1
