TT would be a dominant Allele. tt would be a Recessive Allele. Example: Blue eyes are recessive Bb so if one parent has blue eyes and the other has brown eyes brown would be dominant BB. So you would most likely have brown eyes BB. Unless both parents have blue eyes then you would most likely also have blue eyes bb.
