P(z>1.11). Is a trick to change > to < and convert the number to negative? Like this p(z<-1.11)?

With the z value being 0.1357?

P(z>1.11) is used to find proportion higher than Z. P(z<-1.11) would be at the other end of the distribution. Assuming a normal distribution, Z = .1357 is not at either extreme.
