Find the latitude and longitude of a place P which is 2560km/hr North of a place F (latitude 29.25 degrees North long 140 degrees South) take π=22/7, R = 6370 km.

one degree of latitude is 2πR * 1/360 km
it will, of course, be at the same longitude.

Just straighten out your coordinates, and units, and it should be easy.
