Hello, I have a question. Let's say I'm doing a math test, am I allowed to look in my notes to see the formulas or does this count as cheating?

Most likely it's not allowed, but it really depends if your teacher allows it.

Some teachers may allow it. Check with yours.

I had a teacher who told us that we could look at notes, our book, crib sheets, or go online to find answers on our tests.
But if we took the time to do that, we'd never finish in time. We had to start writing fast when he said we could go, and not stop till the bell rang. If you knew the material cold, you'd do well. If you had to stop to ponder the meaning of life, or look up answers, you'd flunk.
