we know f(-2)=3
x-3 = -2 if x=1
g(1) = -2f(1-3)+1 = -2f(-2)+1 = -2(3)+1 = -5
So, (1,-5) is on the graph of g(x)
x-3 = -2 if x=1
g(1) = -2f(1-3)+1 = -2f(-2)+1 = -2(3)+1 = -5
So, (1,-5) is on the graph of g(x)
