2 is right. 1 is incorrect. For #1, does it make sense that 57% of 11 can be more than 11?

Sorry, I guess I am just tired. Is number #1 C? I think its C because it seems only logical.

Yes, C is the correct answer but not because it's logical, although it is..
0.57 x 11 = 6.27
Logic will tell you a and b can't be right. Logic will tell you that 50% of 11 is about 5.5 so 6.27 is the closest answer there.
